Over the past 35 years, I have helped women, men, couples, families and youth handle the expected and unexpected challenges life presents. Everyone experiences difficult times, phases and transitions which may require others to support and help navigate a complex problem.
Working to strengthen and support growth and development in both individuals and families has been my life work. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have extensive and continuous professional psychotherapy practice and training.
In addition I bring my own personal experiences as a woman, friend, psychotherapist, feminist, partner, mother, step-parent and adult daughter of aging parents to my psychotherapy practice.
